Taskbit was born from a simple frustration: planning group trips, coordinating family events, or keeping a shared grocery list shouldn't require a project management degree.
Our story
Existing tools were either too complex — full project management platforms with kanban boards and sprint planning — or too simple — basic note apps with no real collaboration.
We built Taskbit for the space in between: structured checklists that groups can actually collaborate on, with AI to help create and organize them.
Today, Taskbit helps groups plan trips, manage groceries, coordinate events, and tackle shared responsibilities — all from one checklist that everyone can see and update in real time.
